JK23 LLC provides digital product design and engineering services. Proposals define scope, deliverables, and fees; work proceeds under a master services agreement per engagement.
Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables produced for their engagement. JK23 retains the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio.
Estimates are given in good faith and depend on timely client inputs. We flag slips within a week of noticing them, not at the deadline.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JK23 LLC's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement in question.
